1. Can I try the products before I place my bulk order?

Yes, we provide several sample sets for you to choose from. Or you can purchase individual sample products from the wholesale page.  We do custom labels for samples too. Email us at [email protected] or whatsapp +86 13952093463 to get the individual sample price.

2. What’s the custom labels process?

Upload your logo when you make your bulk order on our website. We will send you the proof to preview before printing. After getting your approval we will print your labels and wrap them on your products.

3. Do I need to pay extra for my custom labels?

It’s a free service for wholesale. While if you want to custom labels to your sample orders then there will be an extra fee. Just send us your logo then our designers will create your labels according to your requirements.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. We do free shipping to most countries like the US, the UK, Canada and France.

5. How long is the shipping?

For sample orders, shipping usually takes 4-5 business days to the US, UK and Canada. It might take longer to other countries. For bulk orders, the turnaround time is about 10-15 business days in processing and 4-5 business days in shipping.

6. What should I pay attention to when filling in the address?

We need your specific address. Please do not fill in your P.O. BOX address, otherwise the logistics information will show that your address is wrong, and the courier will not be able to deliver to you.

7. What is the shelf life of your products?

Our products are all tested and safe to use up to 3 years. When you open it you had better using it within 6 months, easpeically for the edge controls.

8. Can I change my address?

If you want to change your address, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order. Otherwise, we will ship the order according to the default address of the order.

Please make sure your address is correct, modifying the address after shipment will take extra time and high cost.

The buyer will be responsible for the expenses incurred due to the need to change the address after shipping.

9. What should I do after making my bulk orders?

Keep in touch with us bc our customer service will send you the proofs within 3 business days. We will start to process your labels after getting your approval on the design. You cannot make any changes after that.

10. How do I track my order?

We will send you the tracking number after your package is sent out via email. Make sure to check your email in time. Or you can log in your account to track your status.

11. Can I see the pictures before shipping?

Yes we can provide free HD product photos on your first bulk order. Let us know after you make your order.

12. Can I change or cancel an custom order after I've submitted it?

Make sure to contact us within 24h after you placed your order. You cannot cancel or exchange your custom products order once your logo was added.
